You can compare campaign performance, calculate redemption rates, and export all data for analysis in your preferred analytics or CRM tool.

You configure a promotional code in the Vizitor admin console by entering the code text, offer description, and expiry date. The code is shown on the kiosk thank-you screen after check-in with a tap-to-copy button. Vizitor tracks how many visitors saw the code, how many tapped to copy it, and how many redemptions were reported when you update the conversion count in the dashboard. You can use a single batch code for all visitors or configure unique per-visitor codes if your e-commerce system supports code generation via API.

Yes. If visitors provide their phone number and opt in to SMS marketing during check-in, you can send bulk SMS campaigns to your opted-in list via the Vizitor marketing console or by exporting the number list to a third-party SMS platform such as Twilio. Vizitor also has a direct Amazon SNS integration for SMS in supported regions. All SMS campaigns must only be sent to explicitly opted-in contacts in compliance with GDPR, TRAI, TCPA, and other applicable regulations.

When a visitor who has opted in to marketing communications checks out from the Vizitor kiosk, a check-out event is recorded with their email address. Your configured post-visit email campaign template is then queued for sending according to your schedule. For example, a thank-you email can send 1 hour after check-out and a follow-up offer can send 3 days later. Templates are customised in the Vizitor admin console and sent via Amazon SES. Open rates and click rates are tracked in your dashboard.

Yes. Vizitor detects returning visitors based on their email or phone number entered during check-in. When a returning visitor is detected, you can configure the system to show a personalised welcome message using their name and a loyalty offer different from what first-time visitors see. For example, a first-time visitor sees a new customer welcome discount while a returning visitor sees a loyalty reward code. Personalisation is configured in the Vizitor marketing settings per campaign.

Yes. All marketing data collection in Vizitor is based on explicit opt-in consent. The marketing checkbox is opt-in (unchecked by default) and includes a clear description of what the visitor is consenting to. Consent is recorded with a timestamp and stored against the visitor's record. Visitors can request data deletion at any time through your Vizitor admin console. Vizitor provides a consent log export for GDPR audits. No marketing emails or SMS are sent to any visitor who has not explicitly opted in.

Visitor marketing contact data including opted-in email addresses, phone numbers, and visit records is stored in your Vizitor account on encrypted cloud servers.
