Delivery Policy for Vizitor Digital Services

Vizitor is a 100% digital SaaS product. There is no physical shipping. This page explains how you receive access after purchase and what to do if you need support.

Instant Digital Delivery

When you purchase a Vizitor subscription or create a free account, access is granted immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with your account credentials and login link within 2 minutes of signup or payment confirmation.

In rare cases involving manual verification, access may take up to 24 hours. If you have not received your access details within this window, please contact our support team.

What You Receive

After account activation, you receive:

  • Access to the Vizitor web dashboard at app.vizitorapp.com
  • Download links for the iOS and Android kiosk apps
  • Download links for the Vizitor PASS employee app
  • Setup documentation and onboarding guides

No Physical Hardware in Standard Plans

Standard Vizitor plans do not include physical hardware. The system runs on tablets and devices you already own. No shipping is involved for standard subscriptions.

If you require hardware (badge printers, pre-configured tablets) as part of an enterprise deployment, this is arranged separately and subject to separate delivery terms communicated at the time of agreement.

Access Issues After Purchase

If you do not receive your access confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Verify the email address used at checkout
  • Contact our support team at hello@vizitor.co with your transaction ID. We will resolve it within 4 business hours.

Technical Support

Vizitor technical support is available via email at hello@vizitor.co. We aim to respond to all support queries within one business day.

For enterprise customers, dedicated support channels and SLAs are available. Contact our team to discuss enterprise support options as part of your deployment agreement.

Refund Policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable law. If you have a billing concern, contact hello@vizitor.co within 7 days of the charge and our team will review your case.
