Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Vizitor New Year Contest.
The Contest is open to all companies, and organizations. Employees of Vizitor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
The Contest starts on 18th Dec and ends on 5th Jan.
To enter the Contest, participants must:
. Share the official contest page on their LinkedIn profile, tagging Vizitor and incorporating
the
hashtag #VizitorNewYearContest.
. Ensure their company's LinkedIn profile is public and accessible.
. Submit their LinkedIn profile URL through the official contest page.
The prizes will be awarded as follows:
To enter the Contest, participants must:
1. Top 10 Companies: Win a complete Vizitor suite worth $1000, absolutely free!
2. Next 10 Companies: Secure a 50% discount on the Vizitor suite.
3. Final 10 Companies: All participants will receive a 25% off discount code for the
Vizitor
suite.
4. Participation Bonus:
The top 10 winners will be determined based on the number of likes, engagement, and positive comments generated on their LinkedIn posts. The winners will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by Vizitor. The judges' decision is final and binding.
Winners will be notified via email within 5 days after the contest ends. Winners must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified time frame will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Prizes will be delivered to the winners' company addresses. Vizitor is not responsible for any loss or damage to prizes during shipping.
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Vizitor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest without prior notice.
Vizitor is not responsible for technical difficulties or malfunctions that may prevent participants from entering or participating in the Contest.
Vizitor is not responsible for errors in the selection or notification of winners.
Participants agree to release Vizitor from any liability arising from or in connection with the Contest, including any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss of business.
Vizitor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or deceptive activity.
All decisions made by Vizitor regarding the Contest are final and binding.
Vizitor will collect and use participants' personal information to administer the Contest. Vizitor will not share this information with third parties without the participant's consent.
