Data Practices
We don't sell visitor or customer data. Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.2+, data at rest with AES-256 encryption. You control retention and can export or delete your data at any time. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Subprocessors
We rely on a small set of vetted providers for cloud hosting, SMS/WhatsApp/email delivery, and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, each under a data processing agreement. We do not use these providers to sell or share your data beyond delivering the service. Enterprise customers can request the current subprocessor list at hello@vizitor.co.
