What paper to use
Standard A4 or US Letter works for most lobbies. For a permanent reception fixture, print on 250-300gsm card stock or laminate it, a poster that gets touched and glanced at daily lasts longer that way.
What size to print
The 800 x 1100px canvas exports at a portrait ratio that scales cleanly to A4, US Letter, or A3 for a larger lobby sign. Test-scan the printed QR before mounting it, ink saturation on some printers can blur small modules.
Where to place it
Eye level at the reception desk, on a stand near the entrance, or taped to the inside of the front door. Anywhere a visitor naturally pauses before being greeted works best.
Keep the link and WiFi current
If your check-in URL or guest WiFi password changes, regenerate and reprint the poster. A QR that points to an old link is worse than no poster at all.
